After the arrival of our second baby we explained some of the basics of where babies come from to our two year old - his interpretation: "Daddy put a nest in Mummy then a baby came out".
Also, when naked he now points to his private parts and announces "this makes babies in girls". Maybe we should have just used the stork story.
